Nicole founded DataHive AI Capital in 2023 after a decade leading data infrastructure investments. Prior to DataHive, she held senior roles at leading enterprise data companies, where she oversaw product strategy for large-scale analytics platforms. She brings conviction-driven investment philosophy to every seed-stage partnership, focusing on founders building foundational layers of the intelligence economy. Nicole holds a degree in Computer Science and MBA from top US institutions.

Managing Director

Mia oversees portfolio development and new investment sourcing for DataHive. She joined the firm following a decade of operational experience at enterprise analytics and data platform companies, where she ran business development and strategic partnerships. Mia’s deep network across the enterprise data ecosystem helps DataHive portfolio companies accelerate their go-to-market motion. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Applied Mathematics.

She holds a degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and is a frequent contributor to data engineering publications.
